like the bean a lot better than the buck across the street . friendly staff but good management seems to leave quite frequently .

Good coffee, much better than Starbucks and good range of teas. Slightly grubby premises.
The staff is GREAT! they will ask your name until they have it down, assuming they see you on a somewhat regular basis. very friendly and they've never gotten my drink order wrong. Plenty of tables on the patio, but not really much place to sit inside.
Really really really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE just went on 03/30/11 @ 11.01 .2011 & THIS WOULD be my last visit to tis place. Went here 5 times & all 5 tomes the employees forget what I order. Would of like to speak to a manager
