We stopped here for a beer in November 2014 when we were spending a night in Lone Pine on a road trip to Death Valley. The atmosphere was a bit quiet on that Saturday afternoon, but the couple of other people at the bar were friendly folks from LA. Bartenders were friendly and provided great service. Definitely worth a stop if you're thirsty in Lone Pine.
Guess I received a different welcome than the rest of the reviewers here. Bartender was rude, quizzed me on my ID? I'm 35 and I usually love getting carded but not when the guy's a "Yeah let's see some ID" type. I guess when you're the only bar in town you can be a jerk. And definitely not "4 mammoth beers on tap" as one reviewer said. Pretty much Budweiser and that lot.

Just up there this weekend for good time and ice cold beer... Those that work there are awesome!!!
Fun place to stop by when in Lone Pine. Always 4 mammoth beers on tap and the rest are domestics.
