Elephant Bar Restaurant
Reviews

Directly across the street from our office, Elephant Bar has never let us down, whether we're having a lunch meeting on the quiet patio or celebrating happy hour on a Friday at the bar. The selection of food feels endless, however there are some favorites you should try. For starters, the French Onion Rib-eye Sliders aren't your run of the mill sliders. Packed with grilled onions and thin-sliced rib-eye with bread lightly covered in mouth-watering seasoning, they are by far my favorite item on the menu. The dish comes with your choice of salad as a soup-sandwich combo by default. If you're fan of Mongolian Beef, try Elephant Bar's spin on this entree, loaded with veggies and covered with special seasoning and sesame seeds. My family and I frequent this location at least once per month, every time exploring new appetizers, dinner entrees, and desserts. Definitely kid-friendly with an ambiance that makes you feel as though you're dining at an upscale restaurant in the middle of the jungle. Adventurous and yummy! If you're into craft beers, Elephant Bar does have it's limits. OC enjoys sampling local beers, but the bar here doesn't embrace many local brews as much as I'd expect from other local restaurants. However, they do have a wide selection of popular and seasonal beers, such as Sam Adams and Blue Moon. Elephant Bar is great for office lunch meetings, happy hours, and general dining for lunch or dinner. I encourage you to explore the menu and ask for seating on the patio when you visit.

Jambalaya and salmon misokati unbelievable!

The Sweet Potato fries are AMAZING with the Szechuan infused ketchup. All their sauces are great too (and this is coming from a person whos not really crazy about sweet potato fries). The meals are big and hearty, drinks are good and exotic, try the Green Tea Spritzer and/or the Kona Cooler, and they probly have the best Mud Pie around. And a Blueberry Apple Walnut cobbler is pretty good choice as well.

My kids love to go to the Elephant Bar because of the atmosphere. The food is a good bargain and the menu is very varied. When I've encountered problems with slow service, the manager will send your table a free appetizer.

Um.. I sadly had a little problem at this location. I ordered my food, & when I got it, it came with something extra. I had a BUG in my food it was alive & moving... I didn't want to make a scene so I told the waitress & she apologized & I ordered a new plate. I wasn't quite comfortable eating it though. We got free dessert, that's all... Never again have I gone. This happen on Halloween 2011 & I don't remember "trick or treating" but I def. Got a little extra something.
