I picked up some medicine at the Pharmacy (even though I am a Kaiser member) because the medicine is the same all over. When I picked it up I found that I had to sign for it with all my information and also show my drivers license. The people t the pharmacy went out of their way to explain why so much information was needed. Actually, they explained more than was necessary and we all had a good laugh while they were still very professional. My thanks to them for ll their help plus assuring me that this was standard practice for this particular medicine. Plus they wished me well for this horrible cold I have had for a couple of weeks.
