Ordered a grande white mocha cookie crumble with no whip and extra Carmel. they added the whip by accident, which wasn't a big deal for me.. But they gave me a complimentary hot chocolate for the mistake. bumped it up a star, nice music great environment and delicious drinks all around

The slowest Starbucks in California! They're not too bad if there's nobody in line, but as soon as they have vehicles in line you can expect wait 10-15 min.
