Ordering process is a little on the anti-customer side. They only email to notify customer when the order arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check my junk mail and after 2 weeks I figured I had missed the email. I called and the associate said it arrived and expired. They need to hold orders longer than a week, and they need to give the customer the choice to be called by phone by an automated system, if need be. Other than that that, the staff is super friendly.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BARNES AND NOBLE I ordered a used textbook through them, paid for it and everything, then with no warning, no information as to why, they cancelled my order. Because by the time my order had been actually processed, they realized they were out of the books. And cancelled my order. Barnes and noble customer service? That was an absolute joke and a waste of time. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and I will NEVER do business again with anything to do with that company. They DO NOT support or stand by their customers!!!
The nook SUCKS!!!! Staff doesn't know how to help... don't was your money on the nook hd!
Always love going into this store. All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and great prices. Will always shop with Barnes and Noble :)
I love Barnes and Noble they always have something for me to listen to while I hit the road for a long road trip. books on cd help the time to pass very nicely.
