Food is greasy. Period! Nothing good about it, unless perhaps you got the munchies. Do yourself a favor, and go here just to get a beer, but skip on the food. Service can be sketchy. Inquired about beer club membership and was told that the price for two mugs was discounted. Manager took our name and said he would talk to the owner about selling two mug subscriptions at the discounted $500/piece. Owner refused saying that the $750 price is fair enough. Why advertise a special? Will not step foot here again.
The server was so rude and disinterested, my daughter and I left after being seated (before ordering). Update.... two years later, went in thinking perhaps they had different servers and management, not a chance.... worst service I've received since the last time I was here..... I'm not fooling, this place must be run by people that have absolutely have no idea that service is a factor of business success.
Good beers. The porter and the Sequoia pale ale could have been a little bolder but the red IPA was a good new type I have not had. Pretty good burger too.
I got the veggie sandwich and was so disappointed. The bread was from a grocery store, it had 3 very thin slices of avocado, tomato and onions, the cheese was a very bad choice for this type of sandwich. For 10 dollars I expect good handmade bread, at least half an avocado and decent slices of tomato, not to mention an aged cheese. UGH! This thing couldn't have cost over 50 cents to make.
Great inhouse brews and a cool place to hang. Not sure which beer to try? Get the sampler. Foods good but not great. Live music on occasion.
