Best customer service ever! Went there on a one day event and ended up waiting over 4 hours for my new phone, Oh well! And I only say that because WHILE WAITING, the managers had staff bring us chairs, cookies, waters, MADE US PIZZA & gave us sodas to drink with it. Also frequently checking on us, so yea the wait was kind of annoying but that they really delivered on the customer service! I hardly ever go there because of my distance, but I will renew my membership because of that. Thank you Sam's.
Joey is a dedicated employee, customer advocate and always helpful. I love the self check out and conscientious checkers. Love not waiting in looooong lines like at Costco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't get mugged while visiting this sam's club
Bought a battery July 2012 3 year free replacement and I am a business member. I do question the company for incompetence.
The Tire place puts you on hold and leaves you on hold forever they need to change that !!!!
