the food is AMAZING! but the only reason im giving this place 1 star is simply because the new "cash only" policy. This new policy is completely inconvenient. I do not always have the cash on me, or in my account. I put EVERYTHING on my credit card. when I told the girl that I didnt have the cash. She directed me to an "surcharge free" ATM. but a few days later when the charge went through. they charged me $2.50!
The chicken tacos where very good...the fish taco and shrimp taco with home made flour tortillas..I definet recommend this restaurant.Yummy.... The waiters was very freindly..
Tacos and Beer is a staple of the Beaumont community. The owners set a very high standard for their food and service. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The menu changes slightly during the year, but that is a welcomed situation. The service is fairly quick, but can fall a little behind at times... but that's what happens when you get a full house for over an hour twice a day, that speaks volumes of the food and service. The pricing is very fair versus the amount of food you get. With complimentary chips and dip while eating in, you're almost guaranteed to leave very full. One last bonus... Live Mariachi on Thursday night, the bass player is hilarious, come prepared to be entertained. This place gets a 9 out of 10 from our family.
Food is delicious and they have good service! Horchata is homemade and staff is friendly.
