People complain cuz they have nothing to do beside complaning. Imagine being in their place worrking and you'll know. Infact, as human everyone makes mistakes indeed. ;)
I usually don't write bad reviews because I don't want to be rude but this Starbucks just frustrates me... I had been going here once in a while for a few years with my Dad in the mornings and I eventually just got tired of it. Most of the time, the employees aren't that welcoming and barely at least smile. Also, out of the three Starbucks I regularly go too, they mess up quite often and sometimes don't even care to apologize for it. One time, my Dad and I received cold breakfast sandwiches, so we sent them back. They put them in the oven again and they were still ice cold in the middle. So, we sent them back a second time and they put them in the oven again. For the third time, I had to send my sandwich back because it was burnt but at least my Dad's sandwich was finally cooked. After the third time, they finally gave me a hot breakfast sandwich but it was the wrong sandwich (ham instead of sausage). We eventually just gave up and left because we were going to be late to church. I don't want to come off as a snob but the employee performance and quality is truly disappointing for Starbucks standards. I know we all have bad days and I know everyone makes mistakes but when those mistakes are a usual occurrence, you just start to feel like you don't want to go anymore.
Starbucks is basically the mcdonalds of the coffee world. If you order the hibiscus drink, you're an idiot if you think that it's real hibiscus. Do some research.
They are really rude , never smile, and the workers make fun of ppl and talk smack right next to them, never coming to this Starbucks again .
