I came in wanting to try the artichoke bagel sold out, then figured I would try the new mozzarella tomato bagel, sold out. I was rudely informed all they have are plain bagels since they only make bagels once a day and that's it. Great customer service ha. Waiting for an Einstein's to move in and steal this dumps customers!
The manger here is top notch, at least I think he might be the manager. Tells you about specials currently running and delivers with a great attitude. Just what you need when he's handing over that first cup of Joe! #queencreekcoffee
Drive thru is a nightmare. No requests for what donuts you want in a dozen. They pick them. Not cool. I got kids, I want kid donuts. Not how you cater to the customer. Last visit the girl in the drive thru made about 5 different mistakes. I'm sure she was new but wasn't properly trained. Inside service is better but many mistakes when ordering sandwiches. Such as waiting for 10 minutes for a bagel and when asking them about it they say they didn't have the type of bagel requested. Just tell me I'll pick a different kind. Don't leave me standing there. They did comp the bagel.
This pkave is horrible. Every tkne I went there, My coffee was never filled all the way and the food was either burnt or sloppily pit together. Stay away!
Gave me a messy cup lid on my coffee. When I mentioned it, the drive-thru guy just shrugged it off and slid back inside his little window.
