Greeter at the DT was nice, at the window I asked for ranch, she forgot the ranch. Before receiving my food I asked if it was in there and was told yes, she lied. On top of that as she took my money she wiped her nose with her hand several times then proceded to dig through my bag when I asked her if there was ranch in there.
BAD!!!! I ask for a number 6 grill chiken sandwish and it was HORRIBLE!! the tomatoes were old and lettuce tasted bad......very bad experience here. i have gone to others and it is a big difference. sorry but not coming back again. AND I LIVE PREATY MUCH NEXT DOOR.
Ordered 3 large fries. Got 2 small. Ordered 2 Hershey pies. Got 1. Frustrating.
I love BK but whoever manages this one needs to be fired. Over the past few months I've gone several times. The food is always cold. ALWAYS. I've even had to wait while they "made" my burgers. 1 minute drive home and the food was cold already.
Costs way too much! They always ask me to pull out and wait for my order in the parking lot, it's at least 10min. Or more. Won't be coming back. The firsr time I thought it was a fluke. But the 2nd and 3rd time....no more.
