Rachel needs to learn how to be more professional around customers. She has a loud mouth and lackluster customer service. Guy with the long hair with initials DL, is amazing. Extremely nice with a "customer is always right" attitude.
Amazing place! Great service!
After loyaly buying from random Dunkin Donuts establishments my free coffee card was punched full so where do I go to get my free coffee? This dump with poor customer service. I was told "we discontinued that promotion Dec. 31 2012". So what's todays date? Jan 16, 2013!!! The manager and whoever else runs this place will never see me at that palce again and I will never promote that particular Dunkin Donuts business. I'll drive out of my way on the weekends to another place.

Can we please set a limit on the number of croissant that one person can purchase? Please! Those unnaturally delicious croissants are the only reason I like your breakfast sandwiches...and when the dude in front of me buys 18, it sort of ruins my morning. Option 2: Just bake more...you run out every day.
