The food was not so great, waited 38 minutes to get my dinner once ordered. The waiter spoke so low he couldn't be heard most of the time. Not some place I will return to.

If you are considering spending your money in this place, I beg you consider taking your money, shredding it, and sprinkling it on your dog in place of tick powder. Your value for the buck well better served by doing this. When an establishment goes way out to establish an ambience, one must ponder if all the funds are directed thus then about the product, in this case, the menu. My experience is that over extended ambiances trend to mediocre or e3ven poor attention given to the menu items. They have you in the door and thus, are most likely going to get your money at this point in the game. Such was the experience tonight at this restaurant. The sauces and meats I found were bland with no taste. I have always felt that there should at least some spice or other flavoring other than noodle bah. Servings were small which compared to the menu prices does not bode well for the management in my opinion. The high spot in the dinning experience as it were is the warm loaf of bread. I commented on the over-done ambience already here but it bears revisiting. The low light attempts to conceal a layer of grime and dirt on the tables that place mats attempt to hide. Were I the proprietor, I would be ashamed to allow my own family sit at the table I sat at much less a paying customer with my business relies on to pay the bills. There will be no further comments on this restaurant because there will be no further visits to the establishment by myself or my family or friends. I humbly urge the reader to support this business and to spend your hard-earned money at a restaurant where men ambiance, menu, and cleanliness are of a higher value to those who both manage and serve. Bad service.. Rude.....we actually left after seated. Grew up in Phoenix went here as a kid. Brought our kids a few times last couple years..food is mediocre but they liked the atmosphere. After today's experience won't go back again. Customer service is not good. Always a wait to be seated...even when they don't seem busy.

This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. I really like the layout in side the restaurant. It made the place seem more friendly and fun to take pictures. The food was a different story. It wasn't bad but was not all that great. To be honest I think my friends mom spaghetti tastes better. The customer services was very dry. Their was no warm welcome towards any guest during my observation. The waiter lack customer focus. I honestly think what happened to this once great restaurant was it focus to much on the look of the restaurant and sacrifice the food quality and customer treatment. Since the place did had a really nice look I gave it a 3 star's. So if you are all about looks this place will do it. But in regards to the food quality it could be better. Might make another visit in the future to see if this place has improved regarding food/customer treatment. As always I'm the firm believer of quality over quantity. The place is wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy. The food is mediocre. However, it is inexpensive. I took many friends and family members here. We all enjoyed it.
