First visit, celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. Arrived early, Maître d' was cordial asked us to wait in the bar and he'd call us. He sat us in the "romantic area" he called it. We were very lucky, as Lorraine was our waitress and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our evening very special. Our meals, prime rib for my wife and New York strip for me, were perfectly prepared and delicious. We had a bottle of wine with our meal and no one hurried us (as some other reviews had noted). We had our picture taken by another member of the staff, Amanda Moreno, and she was fun and had a great sense of humor. We had great food, service, on a very busy Friday evening. We will return.

Good service. Food was horrible. The food was tasteless. $200.00 later, we left most food on the plates. We each had a glad of house Chardonnay. The rest was food, one cup of coffee, 1 dessert, most of which was left. BTW most of us know we can get a great artichoke & spinach dip just about anywhere. For $22.00 we were expecting nothing but the best......"Awful" ….Lots of cheese, NO taste. A few strings of spinach. Could not find even a part of an artichoke. The chips were very stale. Compared to this place, I give Longhorn’s artichoke & spinach dip***** I am a critic when it comes to restaurants as I worked in that business for over 17 years, including management. Where is the Health Dept.? Everyone enters through the kitchen? Aside from what looks chaotic the public is walking in from the street directly onto the kitchen floor. What the? It’s so dark in there, what are they hiding. The place looks ancient, not intentionally for sure. Where is the Fire Dept.? This place is so jammed packed, in order to get to the rest room, I had to bother a man having dinner because there was about 12” of space in order to get to the isle. I weigh 100 lbs.….I could not get through. BTW: Next came the dilemma of trying to get around the people standing at the bar. Oh, after reporting in to lady at the reservation desk, we were taken on a “tour” to our table. Would you believe the lady to took us to our table brought us through that traffic jam in the bar. Why? Our table was within eye view of the “Exit”, which is the “Entrance” I see this place as one huge liability as far as safety is concerned. The rest room was clean**** Sorry, this place should be shut down. I could not wait to get out of there. What if a fire broke out? Then what? Believe me, this thought has never occurred to me in any other place I have been! Compared to this place, I give Denny’s ****

Called Durants today and was speaking to a female who identified herself as a manager. "Michelle". She was rude to me and hung up on me in the middle of asking her questions. I called right back and she made some lame excuse about their phones being out of order. I just retired from the Military and heard good things about this place. I would rather eat MRE's and have my teeth pulled by the enemy than eat here. I can't believe this female is employed as a manager. After speaking to this little spoiled bitch, I will make sure to email every one I know, to eat elsewhere.

My children took me for my birthday. Service was slow. Received a dirty glass twice. Manager never came to my table. Left very unhappy

My first experience ,specifically asked for table close to door, due to severe spinal injury, and they gave me a table way in the back. A lot of painful and unnecessary walking. Food was okay.
