Frequent customer, they always remember me when I am there, know exactly what I'm looking for, and are ok with me being SUPER picky about shisha and coals that I purchase from them. I will ALWAYS get my supplies from these guys!
I went in to buy some sheesha and coals.. the selection blew me away.. it was so hard to decide what to get... They must have 200 flavors up there.. not only that they turned me on to these hookah pens.. I LOVE EM!! the hookah selection is really large as well with hookahs in all ranges.. I was able to get a hookah for inside and one for outside too! thanks for being so patient with us while we shopped ...
Great shop just wish employees would leave me alone to browse ill ask for help when I need it and if I say I dont need help dont come chat with me while I'm looking at shit, that Is all
The staff are very nice and the bongs/pipes are all very good. However, if you're looking to buy a hookah don't waste any of your money on their crap hookahs. I bought a hookah there and it lasted me a week before the stem broke; instead of wasting money on over-priced accessories to fix it, i did it on my own. Yes it still works, I need to change out the tape that keeps the stem air tight, but it works. Few months later I bought a hookah hose that cost 17 dollars, I went home to use it only to find it had multiple holes in it. I went down to try to return it, and they would not allow me to return it Then I decided to buy another hookah, thinking the reason my last one was faulty was due to it being low price and probably low quality. I bought a hookah there for 114$. The quality of the hookah seemed great, and decided to try it. It was broken before we got to use it. Although the staff is friendly, they know NOTHING of hookahs, I would like to see some staff in there with knowledge of hookahs, and maybe a better return policies when you sell faulty things. Or better yet, stop selling faulty things. Shisha is good, the coals kind of suck.
Love it! Lots of light inside, makes it super easy to check out their amazing glass selection and the Staff is super easy to talk to. Great people making a Great shop
