Cannot beat the prices on herbal incense and high quality glass. They do not cater to meth heads or crack heads either. Staff is awesome! Stop shopping at Trails. You will be glad you did.

Awesome shop i go in almost every week there are only a few employees but every time i go in they are always very nice and willing to go out of there way to help.Beside the fact that they have awesome glass pipes they have some of the craziest glassware i have seen in Phoenix more high quality glass than any other smoke shop i have been to here.
Horrible. I bought a hookah for 180. I was impressed with it for like the 10 mins I bought it and got it home, same night all the paint was flaking off in my hand, they wouldn't take it on return the next day. Horrible quality. Horrible service
