The St louis cut is my favorite ! The service is stellar, I am a transplant from Detroit, the quality of serviece and the menu are second to none.
Staff was very responsive and cordial. Our waitress was beyond knowledgeable of the menu. I regretfully don't recall her name.
The food, beside the sides, was foul/disgusting. Dry, dry, dry, dry. I had the tri-tip and ribs. Both were so dry I could barely swallow. It certainly did not taste fresh. The BBQ sauces available on the table tasted as if they had sat long enough that they turned bad. Foul, spoiled taste to all the sauces.
The macaroni and cheese was incredible and the baked beans were different, but DELICIOUS. I give the experience a 3 out of 10. I do not think I will be returning.
I do like the ribs, however the pulled pork could use some work. The mac and cheese and drunken apples were also amazing. Overall i had a great experience here and would definately order take out once more.
Awesome BBQ. Sundays have a killer, all-day happy hour on a ton of their appetizers and most of their drinks. Great place to go with friends after hanging out. The BBQ is top notch and there are 6 or 7 flavors that are kept available at all times on your table to mix things up and infuse your food constantly with more and more flavor.
