will not return to this location. hostess and staff was friendly. the food was horrible. the worst burger i have ever eaten. the meat was dry, rubbery and old looking. it looked like it was cooked eight hours earlier. i should have driven 20 miles east and caught dinner in gulf shores.
Absolutely horrible service and the food was horrible I had to pay $12 for a philly cheese steak that was cold and my husband's burger was still raw and didn't come with bacon and my mom's nachos looked like they had been made from early this morning.. Also my sisters taco salad was $14 and all it was was meat and cheese and a few strans of lettuce... horrible horrible DONT EAT HERE
We ate a Tacky Jack's for breakfast - it was ok. Very limited menu, mostly eggs, bacon & sausage, with a few combinations of each. Atmosphere is nice. Majority of the seating is outdoors and your experience will be weather dependent. Prices were right where they should be, service was average. Nothing to rave about here. Only gripe might be the very limited breakfast menu.
We were first told it would be 2 hour wait and to wait on the other side of the elevator! The next family was told not for sure how long wait is and the next family told 30 min. We were seated in about 30 minutes but other tables seated after us placed orders & had food before we even ordered!! Waitress made eye contact with me 4 times! Had to get a manager.
This place sucks. Rude waitress and the food was way overpriced. I payed $17 for 5 grilled shrimp and a few fries. Clearly only in business because it is the only place to get food on this part of Gulf Shores.
