Was here yesterday for Valentines day dinner. The entire experience was disappointing . We arrived to an empty restaurant at 6:15pm and there was no hostess at the door to greet us. After waiting 5 minutes and not seeing any staff, we sat ourselves. The staff did attend to us shortly after; we explained that we had to leave by 7:30pm to attend a show after dinner. We ordered immediately and it took 1 hour before our appetizers came - bruschetta! The manager did come and apologize and they did discount our bill but the fact that they were not busy in the slightest and the service was so slow was discouraging. We had 10 minutes to eat our entire meal including appetizer and dessert and had to leave. We also heard our neighbour table complain about the slow service. If it was busier or they appeared understaffed, we would not have been so disappointed, but they were not; just seemed disorganized.
I hosted my husband's 50th Birthday Party last night. I have to say the service was fantastic, the food was awsome and the overall experience was great. I will recommend West50 to anyone who is thinking of having a party or get together. Thanks again for a job well done :)
Beside the bimbo waitress, the food is excellent and the beer taste awesome! Going there with the Untappd application is a must for a great selection of beer. If you are staying at the Novotel right beside, this is definitely a must. I was there on a Monday which means that the restaurant was empty. The service was good. Otherwise? I recommend. I would need to try it out on a more busy night.
This place is a terrible. The food, service, music, atmosphere are all terrible.
Bad service, server was confused about the order every single time. Also too slow compared to other restaurants for this price.
