I have been to the old location (square one) many times and used to like it but this time when I went to the new location I was disappointed. It was our anniversary and I was let down by the service. They gave me the wrong food server was not around to take the order back, so I ate (at least I got something to eat). It spoiled my mood a little bit. I may not go back again.. disappointed with the service.
loud and noisy atmosphere no thought to sound deadening materials.Cold soup with cold steak sandwich that should have been sirloin but was not Service good french fries the only enjoyable part of the meal.
Service is good but the food is awful with everything being over salted. I was given a cracked glass with water; found hair in my napkin and the washrooms were deplorable. The food is not cheap either ordered the Signature burger that is their specialty and it was awful no flavor just salt for @20. They charge $1 for 2 Tbsp of mayo. I drank 5 glasses of water to wash the salt down and basically filled up on the water. I will definitely not be going back and I would ask you to think twice too !
The worst place possible to work in, everyone is sleeping with everybody in the restaurant. My partner works at this place and has turned into an alcoholic. It has caused trust issues between us. They make you work like a slave for $8.25 an hour.
Very classy place to go to with friends. The food isn't "amazing", its usually hit and miss for me. The service and atmosphere is definitely why you would go here.
