It's been almost two years since I last went to Failte. The food there use to be great. We were very disappointment with our meal last night. The wings were very big but very dry. How do you dry out wings, they're covered in fat??? Also, the wings come with a cucumber dressing dip which tastes exactly like the Kraft salad dressing. Even their french fries were not tasty! The fries were cooked in very hot oil so they were brown on the outside, but still tasted raw. I also had the steak and Guinness pie, which I had last time and remember it being very creamy and comforting. This time it was very bland and tasteless. I couldn't taste any Guinness or herbs or any salt! The service was okay, there was one waitress out on the patio. I would have thought there would be at least two since it was the second day of summer, but she seemed to have it under control. All in all, it was a very disappointing meal.

Ice cold draft, hotspot Thursday to Saturday. $5 jager bombs and $4.50 Keiths pints on Thursday? Yes please! Never a disappointment. Staff friendly. Highly recommend.

Went there for wing night, which they have Monday-Wednesday I believe, anyway wings were .75 each so i did 12 for $9 which is a great deal and they were HUGE and amazing! Many sauces to choose from (which they call awesomesauce) pretty cute. Anyway service was great too def. recommend to others!

WOW...I had the same experience! I had 1 PINT OF BEER...MY LAST AT FAILTE - I can't believe the business ethics of this place...in fact, they have NO ETHICS..talk about being GREEDY. I stopped by for a pint and went to pay my bill with my Debit Card and was told that they DON'T ACCEPT DEBIT PAYMENTS???? They take credit cards alright but NOT DEBIT....sounds strange, I thought so too. I've heard of places that don't take credit cards but NO DEBIT PAYMENTS....WHAT IF YOU DON'T OWN A CREDIT CARD. Well, I soon found out why...it's because they want you to use their ATM so that they can RIP YOU OFF BY CHARGING YOU A $2.00 TRANSACTION FEE. I didn't have cash nor a credit card and I only ory red one pint so, my pint ended up costing me $8.00 plus a $2.00 Transaction Fee. I know that they can take Debit Payments because if their system takes Credit, it also takes Debit but they choose not to accept Debit because they are UNSCRUPULOUS, GREEDY, NO BUSINESS ETHICS, RUDE, UNEMPATHETHETIC...NEED I SAY MORE!!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO FAILTE AGAIN AND I'LL BE SPREADING THE NEWS THROUGH THE SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET EVERYONE KNOW....I'M FED UP BEING RIPPED OFF AND MANIPULATED BY THE LIKES OF PLACES LIKE FAILTE WHO PREY ON THE YOUNG...SHAME ON YOU FAILTE

Smiling staff. Good food. Tons of choices on tap. Large spacious areas. Convenient location. What more can you want? I came during the daytime, but seems like a great place to come on a weekend out.
