Beautiful atmosphere - I went with a large group and I don't recommend it. It was just too much for this small restaurant. Food was great but not 5 star great. The poor waitress was overwhelmed by our table of 14 and only took orders in 4's then went away, then came back...etc. Everyone who worked there was also confused who ordered what when the food was ready. Besides that the people were very friendly and the food was displayed differently then the usual Italian restaurant. I would think this would be an excellent place to go on a date or a small intimate table of 4.
I've eaten here twice and the food is delicious. Service is great also. A little pricey - but worth it.
Would recommend to anyone who appreciates good quality food. Had the antipasto platter, the braised beef ravioli and the 5 cheese ravioli which was a special. All was wonderful. Raviolis were fresh made in house, as was the bread served. Servicer, hostess and owner were all very hospitable and welcoming.
I live and work in Streetsville, and this is definitely one of my favourite restaurant in the area. My wife and I went there for Valentine's lunch, and they didn't disappoint. The restaurant owner/chef definitely has pride of ownership. Btw, try their eggplant parmigiana, it's to die for. Enjoy!
I would not say this is a 5* restaurant, but it is very pleasant. The decor and atmosphere is great, semi upbeat. Good date night spot. The service was awesome. The food was no more than 3-4*. It was tasty and relatively priced. But a normal menu that you would expect at a Italian Restaurant. Was not too impressed with chicken parm. I ate the assorted seafood which was pretty good. I'd go again if I were in the area but not out of the way.
