This restaurant or whatever it is, feels like a dollar store with no lights that serves drinks. The servers are entitled and no clue how to give customer service. They are rude and make customers feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go there again.
I have never been treated so terribly at any pub as the Standard! This was truly the worst experience and I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
Been to Standard Tap a couple of times. The first time was a business lunch and all was well. Fair pricing, good food and service was decent but not great considering there was only 1 other person there. The next time, I went with my boyfriend and brother on a weekend afternoon had an appy platter (which was awesome! And the bacon is amazing) service was quite slow again with 3 other tables in there. The 3rd and final time I will step foot in there, a bunch of us went in there after an event, about 10 or 11 at night sat down and after 10 minutes and servers going to the only 2 tables around us and missing us completely, we just left. This place has been a waste of time for me on several occasions and we won't be back. Not to mention the constant over service on the weekends and people spilling out and getting sick all over the parking lot. Gross! If you enjoy slow service and incompetent staff this is the place for you. The food is pretty good there though so if you can handle it I do suggest checking out the bucket of bacon! LOL
This place was really great the first few times we went. Then they just kept changing the menu, and the way things were served and made. I will probably go back because they have an excellent beer selection and the food is still pretty good, but come on guys, consistency!
