My wife and I bought a house that came with a hot tub. Having never operated one before we contacted Hot Water Pools and Spas to service it and help us by showing us how to maintain it regularly. They discovered that one of the pumps was damaged and replaced quickly. Ryan and his staff went above and beyond and now our hot tub is running great. I can not recommend this company enough.
Called on them twice since buying a Coast Spas and both times they were very responsive, polite and helpful. That's the big difference between buying from a local dealer (that cares) versus buying from a big box store. They stand behind their products and customers. When I sent them an email asking for the price of a new filter and then said I'd stop buy to get one tomorrow, they came to deliver it to my door same-day without asking and said to come pay whenever it is convenient.
These guys took good care of me and my old spa that came with the house . When it was time to replace the old one i knew where to go . Got myself a Coast spa with a huge waterfall !! I absolutely love it ! I am in there once a month to have my water tested they do that totally free of charge . Glad i bought local , glad i bought Canadian.
they might be good at installing and following thru with hot tubs, but ryan is a complete a...hole when it comes to rubaroc installation service around a pool 1 foot width. 1st tells me a 2 week install timeline, comes on site 2 days after phone call to set up meeting, states 3 weeks to install, 3 days later was suppose to email a quote, didn't hear anything so emailed to inquire only to find out he can't do the job at all during the season, albeit he says another job starts at monthend and goes a week into aug??????? hello it's only jun 1st what happened to the other 3 1/2 weeks avail in jun....not impressed w/his business ethics or practices, no bs excuses. On top of this he had some very negative comments to say about the company paying for the service, very unprofessional to say negative hearsay about another company.
We have been dealing with them for a few years and they have been great. Today we got out new tub delivered and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Thanks to Ryan and Sarah for the help!
