What a great shop and staff, very informative, and friendly, I went in there recently looking for a bike to ride around on rides with my family short and long and was asked a few questions before steered to a great mountain bike which I test drove then purchased I have no regrets except wish I would of been into the store before but discovered a great local bike shop with great prices, staff and service! Definitely a must stop if you are in the market for a bike. Thanks to the great staff at Cranked Nick, Kevin, Danielle and Cody.

I took my bike in for a tune up and was greeted by a friendly female employee. She told me that it would be ready in a few days and that they would give me a call. Well no call so I dropped by to pick it up and the guy behind the counter (large, blonde) wouldn't give me the time of day. In fact, another customer walked in and she was helped first. Finally the other employee pointed out that I had been waiting a long time. Well I got my bike but I suggest leaving your ego at home when you're in a customer service business. I'll go to Calgary next time.

I was referred to this bike store by a colleague at work . I was looking for a high quality bike for my wife . I went there very reluctant that I will find in a small town bike store a bike that will reach my expectation . The first 5 second impresion was of a clean , warm and welcoming store . I was greated by Cody ( the heart of the store ) with a large smile and very friendly demeanour . He asked me what am I looking for . So I've told him . In few minutes he figured out what exactly I want and he narrowed down to one company . Then he brought the catalog and we looked at a few models . I asked him to research the components and pricing and to give me his first couple of options . Less than 24 hours later he emailed me his choice and reason behind that decision . I went to the shop again and this time I also met Nick ( the brain and the owner of the shop) . He is very friendly and closed caring for the clients as well . He is a man of not many words but very deep knowledge of the biking industry . The ordering of the bike was a dream - easy and efficient . Shortly after ordering the bike - here it is ... the best choice that made me and my wife happiest I've ever seen her . All this time i've called the shop a few times and I've had the pleasure to talk on the phone with Danielle (the smile of the shop) . She is professional and very helpful and keeps the clients happy . A few weeks later I decided to order a bike for myself and the process was even easier because now they know and understand my expectation . I am waiting now for the bike of my life and I know for fact that is going to be the best ever . I will NEVER shop somewere else for any biking needs ( and only I know that I have a lot of those ) . I've used other stores before but this one is different . You feel like home surrounded by a family of people that they really care . You are not a number , they are not there to sell you something .They are there to make you happy and come back for that smile a nice conversation . This is not a shop for everyone . This is a shop for people that want high quality product and highest quality service

Spoke with a really nice fellow thatsaid he didn't have any bikes for my 8 year old daughter built but that he could have one ready for her in a couple of hours. I said no rush we'll be back in three. When we came back that evening the person working (NOT the one I spoke to earlier) said unapologetically that there was no bike. "It was a busy afternoon, we didn't get around to it." Tell that to an 8 year old that spent the afternoon anxiously waiting for her first ride on her new bike. I asked him what we were supposed to do now and he said "I don't know, the boss is out for a ride so I can't even call him. Do you want to leave your number?" I told him to forget it. Nice work guys.
