Couldn't order on website because it kept crashing. Called and got rude employee. Never ordering here again...

Went here last night to watch the UFC as I often find Boston Pizza's as a good place for UFC. I hadn't been to this particular Boston Pizza before for UFC and was surprised to see a note on the door stating that they would be charging $10 a head for entrance and to watch the fights. This used to be a common practice for bars but I hadn't seen a bar charge for this since 2010 as I think something happened either legally or with the UFC not allowing bars to charge customers for this. (unsure) What seemed especially fishy was that they insisted that the cover charge could not be added to the bill and must be paid by cash with no receipt offered. I had been to a Boston Pizza to watch UFC in Calgary 3 weeks earlier and have watched many fights at various Boston Pizza's over the years with no cover charge. This makes me think that its this particular Boston Pizza's owner trying to help themselves and keep it a secret from Boston Pizza Head Office. Making matters worse was that aside from behind the bar itself the lounge only had 32 inch TV's for anyone sitting in any tables. You'd think that with the price of Big screen TV's going down so much that a SPORTS Bar would invest in a few of them. This particular Boston Pizza is not a good place to go to watch sporting events and especially not when you have to pay a cover charge. I realize that it costs a lot for a bar to order UFC PPV's, but there are bars all over Airdrie and Calgary that find it worthwhile and profitable to order these fights and not try to gouge their customers. They are likely marking up food and alcohol 500% and soft drinks 5000%. If I had driven and not walked there, I would have left and gone to another bar showing the fights without a cover and with Big screen TV's such as Standard Tap. The service was fairly good, they did make a mistake on one of my drinks, but overall had no major issues with our server.

Called to order one of those heart shaped valentine's pizza to be delivered to my boyfriend's work. I was having the hardest time trying to pay over the phone. Everyone was so helpful and even Carol, the manager, got involved. They all took time of their busy day at work to help me, just another client, send the ONE pizza. THANK YOU!

Service has gotten a lot better in the last few years. A bit of a wait time but it was pasta night and the staff was good at keeping us updated on how long

Arrived just before 9pm, waited for over an hour after we ordered, steak was luke warm to the touch, counted 19 fries on the plate and nothing else just a bad steak and 19 fries for $25. My buddies wasn't any better. It must have been under the heat lamp forever. Never will I go back!!!!
