Arrived last minute before heading on the highway to get our tires torqued. They were all busy, but they went out of their way to help us immediatly. Great service!
purchased a work bench was missing parts i returned it and got a raincheck as they did not have any more in stock. about 2 weeks later they called me and said my bench was in. I showed up and tey tried to give me the one i returned that was missing parts. it even said "missing parts" on the box! they said they would call me back when they got another in. They never called, when i went back in they said my raincheck had expired.
Holy cow i am so glad i am looking them up i thought it was only me. They are horrible at this store what is that - I have never been to their tire and repair center in the past ive had to go twice in the past week s and wow super rude super dimissive and crazy expensive like holy then i get do you want it or not cus he obviously way to busy to help a woman who thinks things are expensive, ( i have quotes for the same things for my little 06 swift, one was a tire and one was set of spark plugs) the cost is vastly different and i did a lot of research) these guys were soooo rude it was unbelievable they are giving a really bad name to Candida Tire stores. I cant even say enough about how badly i was treated at this store with them mocking me on my way out i WILL NEVER EVER go BAck \
Phoned in to make an oil change appointment. Got put on hold almost immediately without being told so, no problem i guess, a minute later while on hold they hang up on me. Terrible service. Can I call someone hire up to notify management of their terrible service???
If you're using the service shop I'm sorry. No problem with the mechanics they probably are good guys it's just the counter guys who are total dicks! At least show some customer appreciation. Just rude and could care less if you ever come back
