The staff at Smart Auto are wonderful! Great company all around!
I have had my vehicles serviced here and I have never seen a repair shop as well organized and clean as Smart Auto's. They look after their shop beacuse they care about your vehicle.
Another great experience at Smart Auto! With the winter weather approaching we needed to change over our winter tires and get an oil change. The guys at Smart Auto were extremely helpful and got the job done quickly and on time. BUT... they went above and beyond with their service! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they explained everything they did. To top it off when I hopped into my car there was a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me. I also know that Kerry and his team do TONS for the community and I always see Smart Auto's name as a donor at most events. Job well done!
I have to tell you about the professionalism and best experience I have ever had at a Mechanic shop. Kerri the owner & Greg and Brad the front counter staff are the most experienced front counter staff I have ever had to deal with. It all started with them putting a new engine in my vehicle 4 years ago and they did not try to rip me off with purchasing a brand new engine and the vehicle is running just great. I would never hesitate to recommend Smart Auto and Tirecraft to any and all of my friends or family. We have been to Smart Auto and Tire a few times for oil change as well as had numerous tires fixed. We live in a new area and have had about 3 nail repairs in the last year and Smart Auto and Tire has always been great about getting us in really quick. They have always accommodated us quickly with our repairs and even giving us rides to where we needed to go while the vehicle was being fixed. Kerri is great to deal with and I would definitely recommend Smart Auto & Tire to friends and family.
