We arrived and walked through the smoking section to get to the no smoking section. Then we waited for over 10 minutes - no hello, no coffee, no menu. We really wanted to eat there and even went to go get cash at a ATM because they don't take debit or credit cards. But we waited and waited. Then people who came in after us were given menus and coffee. Still, no waitress. So we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Service was some of the worst I've seen.
Never eat here if you have an agenda laid out for the day. My boyfriend and I sat for over two hours waiting for a pankcake and some biscuits and gravy... not a hard order... and when we finally did get served the food was mediocre at best. Lousy service is putting it lightly.
Great service, very laid-back. Booth seats were torn, but I thought that kinda added to the effect. Ordered a cheese omlete w/ bacon and cheddar. The hash browns were delicious and they give you like ten strips of bacon in and out of the eggs. Bathroom doors do not shut. Overall, an awesome cafe! I'd come back if I lived a but closer...
They were so busy they ran out of food and had to close the door! Lol But even being this busy our waitress gave us the same service as if we were the only ones there! Very impressed
