At Hardee's today after placing my order I was asked to pull over to the side and they would bring out my order. after waiting 15 minutes they brought out someone else order and then went back inside. I finally went in and they had lost my order and had to cook me a new one. This took about another 10 minutes and finally the manager brought out my order and apologized about the mistake. I will never pull out to the side again as they forget about you.
Been here 3 times my son and i go here because Josh and employees are great. The store is clean and the food is really good. We always have one of the the employees come over and ask how our day went or how was the meal just anything to let u know it a homely place to eat.I will always come here anytime i'm in buffalo
Their porkchop and gravy biscuit is tasty.
While traveling with a group of friends, I left my small shoulder bag hanging on the back of a chair following lunch in the Hardee's at Buffalo, WY. Several hours later while unloading the car at the Denver airport, I realized what I'd done. I called and talked to a girl who checked, and sure enough, my purse with all credit cards, cash, and identification was "..in the office". After a short conversation and verification of my name and address, they agreed to mail it to my home in Terre Haute, IN. I suggested they use some of the cash for the postage. I just called to verify via another call on the first business day following the long weekend that no one had forgotten. The manager (?) immediate recognized my name and said she had just mailed it this morning, and that they would cover the postage. What a relief!! Thanks you so very much, and thank you to an honest staff. If I lived closer, certainly I would visit often. Incidentally, the food was great!! Just what we all needed. Jo Eglen
