Great food, great atmosphere. The outdoor patio and seating is great.
I have been coming here for many many yrs for there best pizza in town ,wish they could expand down here in south florida.have yet to find a place down here that is as good as anglers home made pizza, the atmosphere the beer garden,the only thing missing sitting out in the beer garden is the ocean.look forward going there every summer. great quick hospitality. besides there best pizzas great burgers chilli etc.
The best part about Angler's is the service. Our server was awesome - we were a group of eight and were impressed that our server found space in the bowling alley to seat us all together so we didn't have to wait a long time for a bigger table to open up or be broken up into two groups. Food is standard pub food but lots of variety to choose from. French fries were pretty good, too!
We stopped here based on the good reviews, but we weren't all that thrilled with the food. The prime rib sandwich was quite raw. We have been here in years past and enjoyed ourselves but this time it wasn't like we remembered. The prices were reasonable, but the particular food we ordered wasn't something I would order again.
I'm knocking off a star only because the service is hit and miss depending on how busy it is. Food is bar food. I've had a couple nights where I ordered the prime rib and it arrived tasting like it was microwaved. But, like I said, hit and miss depending how on how busy and who's doing the cooking.
