Went in December to pick up my first vape setup, a Volcano Lavatube V2.5, and an Aspire Nautilus tank. Nate was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew about the warranty period on the device, which was a year. About a month in to owning the lavatube, I discovered that the bottom threading for the battery was becoming harder to turn. I took it in, and exchanged it no problems for a brand new one. No issues since, and I highly recommend Hawaiian Vapor to all of my friends.
