Starbucks

We only go here when the base(FAFB) Starbucks is closed..... and sometimes just decide to forgo it period thanks to our majority of bad experiences at this location. The 10% discount for service members isn't enough of a bribe to keep us going there otherwise. 75-85% of the time our drinks have been wrong and when we went in one time to address the matter because the label had shown it was messed up they told us that it was because it was a seasonal drink and that that's how they ring it up, but the drink was the same.... funny.... it doesn't taste that way at the downtown, base, or Northtown locations. I had worked at a Starbucks and 2 other coffee chains when I was in high school/ college. I know when someone is trying to cover their mistakes at the customer's expense. They're rude. That's a constant. We went just last wk and this guy was obnoxious over the mic and then when we came up to the window he asked how we were doing, we answered, and then he just walked away. No "Let me go check on your drinks", or "I'll be right back", just walked away. THE BASE STARBUCKS DOESN'T EVEN GET TIPS AND THEY ARE SOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. WAY FRIENDLIER, GET THE DRINKS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER FIRST, DON'T GIVE NASTY LOOKS, ETC. I agree with Elijah's comment. This place is ridiculous. We've lived in 3 different regions of the US, have our fav. drinks at Starbucks, Java City, and Caribou Coffee(not in this region), and would rather not get anything period than risk going to this place. Downtown and Northtown we've never had problems with. I'll give credit where it's due though- the only 2 times where our drinks were right and the individual was friendly was with a guy that we just came to nickname "Soul Man". I wish I knew his actual name, but he could teach your whole crew a thing or two. He knows what customer service means, the rest think that the customer needs to serve them or something. I even watched as they tried to make another customer look like an idiot one time when we went in. The customer WAS confused, but that doesn't mean you exacerbate the situation by arguing and smart mouthing them. You explain to them where you're coming from, SHOW THEM THAT YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, and see where you can meet them in the middle to make sure they get the product they want and everyone can leave happy. Doesn't take a marketing major and watching it all happen I was just appalled.

This is the nearest Starbucks to the airport, and with that alone it will draw a crowd. It also draws a fair amount of corporate workers for those in offices nearby. The morning and afternoons, therefore, can get busy. The service was always fast and efficient!

You constantly have to ask that the music be toned down so you can even talk on the phone in their lobby area. Trying to hear a news video on your ear jack is out of the question and when you ask for the music to be turned down some they give you dirty looks and make rude comments to others within your hearing. I've been to other Starbucks around the State but this is the first experience of this sort at a Starbucks for me. I go there ONLY when I absolutely have to get on the internet. The WORST store for customer minded behavior.

Awesome service!!

Great coffee and the girls are always awsome.
