Buffalo Wild Wings
Reviews

Mega Chain restaurant. Very large inside, extremely loud and always crowded. They have a very extensive choice for sauces and rubs on on your wings, I have yet to meet one I didn't like though we have favorites, and they have an excellent selection of local beers including the Northwests best, Manny's. The service seems to be organized in a "team" style. Our "Server" is not the only person checking on us to ensure we are "happy". The Men's Room always seems pretty clean despite the high usage it gets. On the negative side, it is EXTREMELY LOUD. You can always hear the music over the roar of the crowd. And they have a gazillion TV's, all playing frickin' sports. Seriously, not a one on some kind of news channel or something that might use more than a few brain cells...

My family & I were seated all the way in the back & no one came to serve us . We waited about 10-15 min for someone to come . Finally my cousin in law got a waiters attention & complained why we haven't been served we've been waiting for more than 10 minutes . We asked if it was a racial thing because we were the only Asian family there . We asked for a manager & they explained the situation. The manager Elias took good care of us . We didn't expect to have our meal on the house. We just wanted to eat before we head to a soccer game and the kids were thirsty and hungry . From 1 star to 4 star rating because manager Elias handled the situation really well. The food came in within 5 min. Thank you Elias .

This is a stereotypical guys' restaurant--and that's not necessarily a bad thing! Sports play on large-screen games around the room, the food is greasy, fried goodness with a ridiculous amount of available wings' sauce (presented in a friendly infographic on the menu). Service isn't amazing, but it is friendly and fills the need when you just want to relax and have fun. Interesting note: no one at my table in the bar got carded for drinks. 3 out of 5 of us are under 30, but maybe we're obviously over 21!

Arrived at BWW 7:30 with a group of friends for a night of wings. We ordered our drinks and food around 7:50pm with no complaints. Drinks arrived on time, approximately 6-8min afterwards. This is where I had the worst experience at a restaurant in my whole entire life. 1.5hours afterwards, we're still waiting for our food. I speak to the manager to get an answer to the unacceptable service. No response, a simple apology like it happens every night. He didn't provide what went wrong, how they will resolve it or even offer how I would like to get it resolved. Our table then is formerly apologized by the server not the manager himself. He basically fled the scene. Not only did they fail in customer service but clearly exhibited poor leadership. Never going back to the restaurant again. You lost a valuable customer.

Exceptional and friendly service. The food was delicious and made to order. Will visit again!
