Emory's on Silver Lake
Reviews

I visited Emory's for the first time over the weekend with my family. The interior decor was BEAUTIFUL! I ordered something that I thought was vegetarian that had "prosciutto" on it, which I thought was a kind of cheese. When the order was delivered to our table, I discovered my mistake. Our waitress was so kind, patient, and accommodating, and she didn't show frustration towards me even for a moment as she offered to bring out a vegetarian order for me. I sincerely appreciated her good attitude and patience. The vegetarian pizza that she ended up bringing to me was SO delicious. And after our meal, the hostess was available to take a family photo and print it out for us! What a nice extra service! I had a truly great experience at Emory's. I will be back!

Very expensive. Entrees ranged from $18.50 to $29+. It's a nice atmosphere and the wait staff was very friendly. They are very prompt at replacing your water. A great view from the window or deck as it is right on the lake. The food was good but some of the serving sizes are pretty small, especially for the price. I would go there again if it weren't so expensive.

My favorite restaurant. Quite a drive for me, but they have a beautiful deck on a lovely little lake. They will let you linger and enjoy your day. Food is great, service is attentive, prices are reasonable. Can't miss!

excellent service, happy hour and bingo nights

Food and atmosphere are good but the service is poor. Me and my wife have gone three times this year and each time we've gotten the best service from the guys refilling our water. Our last experience was so bad we walked out before ordering our food. That was after sitting at our table for over twenty minutes with no acknowledgement from our waitress. When she finally approached us she was rude, short and abrasively asked us we were ready to order our food. No greeting or connection or any empathy towards being ignored. We've really wanted to like Emory's but each time we go the poor service reminds us to stay away. Its only saving grace is the location, the view, and the food. Even so I would hesitate to ever recommend anyone going there.
