Suite Lounge

I left without signing my receipt, well guess what!!! A server signed and tipped her self $10. When I filled Dispute with American Express they provided me receipts and I laughed because I always write time or the place name next to my signature and my signature is a unique peace of art and no one know how to copy. When the server ran my card American Express my name automatically pops up and she signed with my first letter of my name "J" and scribbled the rest LOL The suite lounge is so getting sued. DONT EVER LEAVE THE TIP AMOUNT BLANK. They will write a tip of there own.
Awesomely rude/disrespectful staff... As you can imagine a Saturdays are busy at this establishment.. I happen to bump into someone and caused them to spill a bit of their beer on his suite.. 15 minutes later I was escorted out fully sober and explained that they received complaints that I was pickpocketing!! Nice :) As bizarre as this incident was.. I have to admit the irony of this situation.. I was pickpocketed my beer money as I never got to drink my beer! I doubt this was a race thing.. but meh.. wont be going back there.. They don't seem to care about their reviews anyways.. just read some on here..
I made a reservation for 3 and was told there was an $80 minimum by Anthony, I thought $80, that's nothing. Right after we order food and drinks they tell us there is a $250 minimum starting in 20 minutes and we will be moved if we don't meet that. A gal, I am guessing the assistant manager, said she would "let us finish eating", then we had to move. This is without me saying anything, she assumed we wouldn't be spending that much. Let us? Seriously? The pretentious assumption that we were not going to spend $250 was rude. I said its fine we can just leave, then she panicked and said no its fine! The way they treated me and my friends our first time there was poor to say the least. Two of our other friends showed up, they had one drink, we told them what happened and we left. On a note about the place, food is pretty good, decor was cool but showing wear, and music was outdated. I wont be back again.
Went here to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a decent time. Everything was fine aside from the ridiculous security. Almost wasn't let back in after walking my friend to his ride. I had one drink and they were trying to tell me I was cut off. After basically arguing with the guy for 5 minutes he reluctantly let me back in so I could get my stuff and leave. Food- Didn't try Decor- ⭐⭐⭐ Service- ⭐⭐⭐ Price- ⭐⭐⭐
I went here with my fiance for Valentine's day evening. The food took a while to come out, but it was understandable since the place was packed for Valentine's day. We had ordered one small plate and 2 entrees. The entrees came out but the small plate didn't, so we told the waitress and she apologized and brought out our small plate and said it was on the house, which was very nice of them to do that. The food was amazingly delicious, the prices were reasonable for a fancy place in downtown Bellevue, and the service was great! Whoever their Chef is, I hope they never change! Plus their music choice was decent, not the typical top 40's. We had a great experience there!
