Very charming, small place resembling a coffeehouse in Southern France. The menu is creative and very delicious. Further, a large choice of local and international wines as well as cheeses, artisan breads and artisan cakes are available; everything also for take-out. The Sunday brunch with live harp music is just exceptional! This delightful environment cannot be found anywhere else in the larger area (and I am from here). The service is very friendly - even dogs are welcome to stay in the beautiful fenced yard. A place to return to frequently! 5 stars!

We stopped in on a recommendation from a friend. Great little shop with plenty of wine choices and fresh cheeses...hence the name! "Quaint" doesn't really do it justice but is the best descriptor we can come up with.

The owners are very rude. Twice we've been hurried out the door so they could close early, both times having gone on special occasions. They also have a small menu which would be great if they didn't tend to run out of the few items listed. A group of us all re dived entrees with missing items (without being told they'd come out this way). Its also expensive -Expect to pay about $18 for a slice of quiche. You're better off getting something to go from Ambrosia (next door) where the food, people, and prices are so much better.

Obviously we are biased since we live here, but a wonderful restaurant, wine and cheese shop tucked away just south of Nellysford, VA
