First of all, took an hour to get my food. second of all when i finally got my food the chicken was still RAW!!!!!!!! when i went back to complain i got my money back and made them remake my food. and when i finally got my food the second time it was still messed up!!!! im done with wendys
Crew screwing around , ladie at the register doesn't know shit. Told them plain ketchup on my 3 Jr hamburgers , they barely put any ketchup on. And they had no lids in the dining room . Their service sucks here !!"
I wanted to have some of Wendy's amazing maple biscuits, and i called a head of time to make sure that I could get some breakfast. The manager said they had breakfast and I had ten minutes, so i drive there with the excitement of having that wonderful biscuit and one of the employee's blatently lied to me and said they didn't. If you would have said hey we've switched to lunch already , my expectations would have been set lower. That just pissses me off when there is no communication, as a manager I would have communicated to my team if we could make something, instead telling a customer I do, and then when they waste there gas to get there and there is nothing, very disappointing. So we have decided to never eat Wendy's again for the simple fact of there service, absolutely horrible. Corporate probably needs to come and train the complete staff on why Wendy's was a good fast food restraunt
haha, all the bad reviews are True! it's pretty bad. But hey.. what other choices do you have?? If you're real hungry take a chance on getting food poisoning here.
Horrible service. Dirty dining area. Avoid this place if possible.
