had coupon for buy 6 inch & drink, get another 6 in free. We decided to try the pastrami melt. The manager had told the employees that they were NOT to honor the Subway coupon for that sandwich! How stupid is that! Why would Subway issue coupons if the franchises won't honor them?
Food was fine, but couldn't believe the manager sent an employee out to tell a customer refills were not allowed......then why is it self serve? The manager should of taken care of that, if there was an issue. They take forever!!!!!
This was by far the slowest service ever compared to any Subway we've ever been to. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before we even got to say what kind of sandwich we wanted and then the girl making the sandwiches was in slow mode and ran out of toppings. When she was refilling them it was like she didn't know how to do it. We were there for about 40 minutes and it was to go! Never going to this one again. Speed it up people..its a sandwich not rocket science! Geez!
New location, but I'm pretty sure the workers are retarded. If they ever get busy I would hate to see how long it would take. Girlfriend asked for oven crisp chicken on a flatbread, the girl working pulled out oven roasted chicken and wheat bread, really??
