This is the WORST cigar/smoke place (I couldn't bring myself to call it a shop) I have EVER encountered! They sold me a BROKEN cigar cutter and then when I cane back they REFUSED to exchange it... If a cheap cigar cutter... $1.99... REALLY??? And when I went to buy the cigars the guy didn't even know if they carried it (which is okay... no one can know the entire inventory) but then he says "If we don't have it then we'll pretend that we do!" WHAT???? Unprofessional.. trashy... low class... it was an AWFUL experience... for $1.99 you just lost a customer and any one who wants a recommendation will be definitely diverted ELSEWHERE!!!

I bought not one grinder but 2 grinders same kind and everything and they both came outt horrible the bottom piece was stuck on both of em and wen i was grinding up my stuff i wuld fins lil metal shavings in my stuff from the grinder! Like wtf! wen and told the owner n he simply rudely told me "well then dont buy that one anymore" i mean not even a ohh so srry about that or anything i mean come on atleast give me a discount on another grinder at th very least but.... besides that they do have alot of great things there and a great selection kinda feels like there rushing u at times tho and its owned by one of those typical Indians who are kinda rude
Smokers Galaxy sells broken products and refuses to resolve the problem. They do not honor their warranties and the manger is incompetent and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to another shop.
when you buy e-juice make sure you getting the quantity you are paying for 3 bottles of 15 ml equals 45 ml not 35 ml like I got from this place.
