I move every few years & absolutely dread having to find a good, honest mechanic. I have been to this place 3x now & have received outstanding service every time. They are friendly. They dont push services or repairs on you & have even done some minor stuff for free.
I recently went in for a radiator flush for the vehicle that I had purchased thinking i was doing a good thing for the vehicle and I wasn't sure about jiffy lube,expresslube ect shops but looking at the good reviews I decided to try it out bad mistake I ever made in my life there crooks working here I paid 90$ for the flush and it took them like 10 minutes to do it after driving it home I looked at the antifreeze just to find out it was the same antifreeze that I had before they did not touch it and took it to a real mechanic where they flushed and the antifreeze was dirty saying they did not touch it never again will I go to these crooks there is a documentary about these crooks charging for a service they never do just my two cents

I taught customer service for 20 yrs, so maybe I'm biased. But grumpy faces, no smiles, run down shop & another lost tire valve cap will keep me from going back.
Apologies if this posts twice - the wrong post may have been deleted. I had an employee blatantly lie to me to get a "tip". I was notified a few days later by a district manager that he was fired for it. Due to the quick resolution and no one attempting to sweep it under the rug, I have great respect for the management there. I will be coming back as the need arises as my other dealings with them have gone well.
