Be careful who you talk to at this shop. They are one of the only good bow shops around and they act that way. I purchased a complete bow setup from them and during the process I was told that I could have the black accessories replaced with green accessories for no extra cost. They didn't have them in stock so they had to order them. It took a MONTH to get the pieces in, and every time I called checking on the order I got the same answer. "They'll be here in a couple days." Finally they came in and I went to pick them up. They guy wanted to charge me $80 for the kit. I explained that the gentleman that sold me the bow said he would swap them out free of charge. Of course they brought Charles(guy who sold me the bow) and he denied every saying that. Essentially he's a liar whether he admits it or not. I would've had no problem paying for the accessories but if specifically ask you how much extra something I expect the truth. I asked him how much that would be and his words were "oh nothing. I'll swap them out for you no problem." Be cautious! If they tell you something Id go ahead and get it in writing before trusting these weasels.

I had a severe peep twist, the proshop recommended that I get new strings. very reasonable price may I add. they told me that a week from the day I turned it in is when I will get it. 2 weeks later I found out what the issue was, in fact the cam and roller were bent. NO bueno, fixed under warranty so all is well. At first I was really upset on the lack of communication. After I was informed on the issues after a nasty email. I am thankful for the attention to detail. I most deff. be doing all of my archery business with them. the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the lack of communication with me. They do excellent work and will guide you with what ever you need.

Checked out a couple of other "sporting good" stores in the area that have an archery shop and was quoted anywhere from $80-160+. Took my 15 year old bow to the Pro Shop at CCR and they got my bow tuned up with a new string for

We used a Groupon deal, they were more than accommodating and gave us a free lesson and very friendly. Very cool range and fun concept, highly recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

A great place to hang out at. I enjoyed both their indoor and outdoor shooting lanes. It's a lot of fun.
