Some people our rude. But there are also some really good people who are really nice,and loving.
This store is so disorganized (if you don't trust me "accidentally" walk into the back using aisle 1), the store is filthy and there are roaches everywhere, the people are rude, the managers are horrible, and they are VERY unprofessional over their intercom. The managers page their employees 5+ times for small reasons. I think they just like hearing their own voices. I will not shop here any more.
Have been a customer for years; however, after needing a custom cake done for my son's birthday, I stood by the cakes waiting while the deli manager and what appeared to be two merchandisers discussed the plan o gram of the deli. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting the stock boy working in the bakery asked if I needed help, and I told him I needed to speak to the cake decorator, while waiting another 10 minutes for her to page back, the Deli manager finally decides to acknowledge me even though the baker is walking straight to me.. All the while, I've only been a mere 5 feet from the Deli manager. She further tells me that she cannot do anything that I was requesting (a simple scan of a picture on to the cake) and refused to work with me. Don't forget about the complete "you're an idiot" stare I got from her the entire time I asked for the cake.
