This place was recommended to me by my friend (A Continental Airlines Pilot ...Bill, (a.l.l. Joe DiMaggio) My first impression when I arrived was this was a so so place, once inside the door it's like WOW, awesome people and they all ask "How U Doin" great thinkng Joe, he's the owner and on occasion he is there to sing a few songs. I love to sing there on Friday nights for many reasons but the # 1 is.......no Smoking inside and #2 is Great sound system by KJ Bill, I could probably write a novel on this place but you have to see it to believe it.............see you there!!!
This little, quaint, upscale bar is a gem and much needed for the Kingwood area. It is off 494 and may seem "country" getting there but the owner's European influence makes it a standout around town and anything but country.
seriously love the illegal gambling(8-liners).....but as far as a European influence...HA! Not hardly, great place to hang with with your local Porter wanna bed!
