I walked into this store not knowing anyone. I didn't know what to expect but I was completely surprised by how welcoming they were and accommodating. I was looking for a particular type of ring and the woman who worked with me (Sarah) was very patient and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had while more importantly listening to what I had to say and tried to fit my requirements while making me feel very welcome to browse and even offered me a beverage. It was a low pressure situation and it was refreshing. If you are looking for a good local jeweler and not some big shop place I would highly recommend Thomas Markle Jewelers.
Went there to have 2 of my wife's rings cleaned and a stone remounted. The service was very friendly and informative. They really worked with me due to a somewhat limited budget. I ended up getting the recommended work done at a very reasonable price. Got the rings back the next day! I highly recommend this store.
From the moment I stepped foot in the store I was greeted by a knowledgeable staff member, Liz. My experience was like no other, truly "Above and beyond"! Liz thank you so much, you answered all my questions and I knew after dealing with you I was in the right place!
When I first walked into the store, I thought it was going to be unfriendley. But I was greeted by a BIG WARM smile and friendley services!!! The sales clerks name was Liz and she treated me with so much respect as a customer that walked in with big eyes and little pocket book. Liz, took me around the store and showed me the items in my price range and I really appreciated that!!!! I will always come to this store first when looking for my jewerly because of the EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!!!
I purchased my fiance's engagement ring at Thomas Markle's Kingwood location. Rueben spent hours with me helping me find the right ring. I had no idea what I was looking for going into the store but Rueben made the selection and purchase very easy. I highly suggest purchasing jewelery from Thomas Markle Jewelers based on the level of customer service.
