Im giving a 1 star not because of the salesman tommy who was very easy to work a deal with. But because of the weasel financing dept. Our rate started at a 7.0% but magically kept getting lower Josh insisted our interest rate was a 4.8% for 75months. My wife and i waited til monday to get financed thru our credit union and its a 3% for 72 months. I didnt buy any warranty or upholstery care pkg they kept insisting i buy . I wanted nothing from them but the vehicle. So i recommend the salesman Tommy huynh i dont recommend there financing dept Josh or Raoul there a bunch of liars and weasels. Get pre approved before going in. Trust me you will save yourself the headache!

Before we started to shop, we had our dive out price set and not paying a penny more. Knowing our offer was fair, Anthony and his crew came through with No hassles of any kind and no add-on bargaining. When we decided to go ahead and finance and not pay cash, it took them only moments to draw up the paperwork. They had new vans due in and we had time to wait for the new arrivals then, within a few days (earlier than expected) we were driving off very happy with our brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey. First I want to say that Sterling McCall Honda provided one of the best buying experiences that I have ever encountered and I have been purchasing personal vehicles since the 1960's. This man did everything humanly possible to locate the exact vehicle that my wife and I were looking for and in fact traveled out of the Houston metro area to pick one up and bring it back to Kingwood for us. An excellent buying experience. I purchased my vehicle through the internet service the price was already set. No hazle, no kind of uncivilized bargaining war. The salesman was very respectful unlike my last experience with Gillman Honda whos Salesman wanted to speak with the "man" of the house. But I am the purchasing "lady". Overall a perfect experience even with the finance department it took only a few hours and I was leaving very happy with my brand new Honda Accord.
