food's okay. waitresses are bad. alcohol has tasted bad the past two times. waitress overcharged, and ignored. had to walk up to other employees to pay...should of just walked out I guess.
My last two visits were terrible the first one me and my daughter we're completely ignored when we walked in customers were looking at us but the waitresses ignored it we waited 15 minutes then left the second time I ordered chicken tortilla soup the waitress came back and said they were out this was around 5 o'clock in the evening so I ordered chicken nachos with guacamole on the side and she brought me out beef nachos with avocado slices and try to tell me that's what I ordered. Really!!!!!!!!!!! I just left never going back
Can't really complain about this place I go there all the time. I've never had to wait too terribly long for my food to arrive. Servers are pretty good at keeping up with drinks. They could use a little bit of training on suggesting itemsto the guest though, would probably get more money to restaurant. But BEWARE if you go here late at night or befire closing your food will probably get to your table cold. I was there before closing one time and adm never doing that again
just like all Chile's, it was horrible.
This place is packed on Friday and Saturday nights, expect a wait. However, the service has been exceptional 9 out of 10 times, the food has always been hot, correct and tasty! I have been a fan of the south west eggrolls forever, but the honey chipotle chicken crispers are my new favorite! Try the El presidente margaritas.
