Got the burger wrong and it was cold, after waiting 45 mins still no replacement. Two stars because they comped it.
I have gone to BWW for years, the only reason I keep going is because we like the discounted wings on Tuesday and Thursday. The food is usually good, never phenomenal but good. However, the service is without a doubt every single time horrible! If you are in a big group the waiters never move around the table so if you are at the opposite end you have to yell your order across the table, drinks are never refilled (literally we tried flagging down our server for 30 minutes) and the waiters and waitresses are just slow about everything they do. Several times we have gone and not gotten all of the food on our order, upon bringing this to our servers attention their response was literally. "Oh........well, sorry. Sooooo are you like gonna pay now then?' after protesting paying for unreceived food they said they would take $5 off the bill but that was all they could do. It would make since for us to just stop going because the service seriously is the most disappointing experience, but its one of the few places in Abilene where you can watch several of the games at the same time in a large group with good food.
The servers are awesome, some of the best service I have had at wild wings! If you come here to watch sports good luck! The management will change the channel on you in the middle of the game and then won't change the channel back. If there was a different place to watch sports I would go support them instead.
Food is great but service sucks... server keeps forgetting about us and other servers are taking care of us. Wings are amazing though!
Service is horrible. Servers act like s bunch of chickens with their head cut off which isn't entirely their fault the place is always so damn busy. Super loud so font expect to hear a thing the person next to you is saying. Super crowded matthew they should consider buying a bigger building? foods ok if you get it hot...or get it at all. Did I mention you can eat all u want then just walk out on check? Yeah, no one there pays attention so I'm sure they loose a lot of money. They need bouncers or something
