I always go to Starbucks for Coffee or Lattes but got a coupon in the mail so I figured what the heck. Turns out there is a reason I never go to lower coffee places, the guy who "helped" me (with attitude) was telling me to hurry and make a decision when there was no one else in the place, as if I was holding him up or bothering him, and this was approximately 10 seconds mind you. Then to top it of the Latte was nothing more than milk which I'm suspecting he did to spite me for asking if he was super busy when he hurried me to order. So DD you may want to check your staff b/c they just ran away someone who was willing to give you a try. This happened on 01/10/14 at 6:00pm so you can check your guy who was there.
This is by far the worst DD location in Middle TN. They are constantly out of products, and they obviously do not care. I have no one to blame I guess because I keep subjecting myself to the less than mediocre service. Hopeful that someone at corporate reads the surveys and emails and makes some changes, but apparently they to not care either.
Their service is horrible. The only reason I stop there is for the coffee and doughnuts when they have some. If you have the opportunity to go to another location then go, otherwise be prepared for bad service and a wrong order.
The donuts are good, but the service is slow.
